英文贸易合同
The total Contract price is a firm and fixed price, including the expenses of the Contract Goods, spare parts, the technical service and technical training to be provided by Seller’s personnel as specified in Technical agreement and the expenses for the packing and delivery of the technical documentation by international courier service to the address specified in Clause 6.2.1 of the Contract. This Contract is subject to INCOTERMS 2010 unless otherwise stipulated in this Contract. 合同总金额是固定的，包括合同项下的货物费用，装配零件，技术服务，由卖方当事人在规定的技术协议书下提供的技术服务费和技术培训费，包装费，和通过国际快递服务公司装运和发送技术文件到合同6.2.1规定的地址的快递费。 这个合同是2010年版国际贸易术语通则为准，除非合同中另有规定。
3.2 Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, all the expenses for either party to dispatch personnel to and maintain them at the other party’s place for execution of the Contract shall be borne by the dispatching party. 除非在合同中另有规定，任何一个调度人员或维修人员在另一方执行合同所产生的费用应该由需要调度方承担。
3.3 The price specified hereof are inclusive of loading charge on the shipping port. 协议规定的价格包含装运港的装运费。
3.4 The price specified hereof are inclusive of all costs, duties, taxes, transportation and insurance incurred in and levied by the Seller’s country, the transportation insurance shall be from Seller’s warehouse to the Buyer’s warehouse and unloading charge from the vessel to the berth of the port of destination. 在此规定的价格包括所有的成本，关税，税收，运费和保险费由卖方的国家承担，运输保险应该从卖方工厂到买房的仓库和从船到目的港的卸货费，驳船费。
8. INSURANCE保险
8.1 The goods supplied under the Contract shall be fully insured in USD against loss or damage incidental to manufacture or acquisition, transportation, storage, and delivery in the manner specified in this Contract.本合同下提供的货物，用美元对其制造，购置，运输，存放及交货过程中德丢失或损害进行全面保险。
