14.2 All taxes and duties levied by the Chinese government on Seller, in connection with and in the execution of Contract, according to Chinese tax laws shall be borne by Seller.
Buyer is legally obliged to withhold, as a withholding agent, the amount of taxes pro rata each taxable payment under Contract and pay them to the relevant Chinese tax authorities. After receiving the original tax receipts issued by the relevant Chinese tax authorities for the aforesaid withholding taxes, Buyer shall forward them to Seller without undue delay. Such withholding tax (if any) has been included in the Contract Price stipulated in Clause 3.1.
14.3 All taxes and duties arising outside P. R. China in connection with and in the execution of Contract which are levied against Seller shall be borne by Seller.
