转让合同委托书范本(2)
鉴于丙方拟受让甲方在××公司的全部股权，现合同各方经友好协商，本着平等互利的原则，应上述股权转让事宜达成如下条款：
Whereas Party C intends to buy the whole shares of ××× held by Party A, adhering
