【摘要】目的：探讨和总结上消化道出血的抢救观察和护理。方法：回顾性分析了106例急性上消化道出血的抢救，观察和护理体会。结果：明显提高了抢救的成功率，降低死亡率，避免再次出血及减少并发症。结论：通过加强对上消化道出血的抢救、观察和护理，可以及时发现病情变化作出相应的处理措施，使患者的住院时间缩短，康复快，治疗效果好，减轻了患者的经济负担。

Observation on Rescue and Nursing About Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage
Abstract： Objective： To study and draw conclusions about observation and nursing for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method： Review and analyze the treatment of 106 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Result： Successrate for the treatment has been obviously enhanced.The death rate has been halved.We succeed in avoiding patients’bleeding again and complicating disease. Conclusion： With the good work of observation and nursing on the cases,we can find out immediately any changes in the patients’condition so we can offer them prompt treatment.As aresult,time of hospitalization can be shorted.Patients can get well quickly because of improvements in treatment.

上消化道出血是指屈氏韧带以上的消化道出血，大多为中等动脉出血，不易自止，主要表现为呕血、便血、腹痛和不同程度的周围循环衰竭等，如不积极抢救和及时处理可危及生命。2000年1月至2006年10月，笔者参与抢救护理上消化道出血患者106例，现将体会总结如下：
1 临床资料
本组106例，男72例，女34例，年龄18～82岁，平均50岁，胃、十二指肠溃疡56例，肝硬化20例，应激性溃疡或急性糜烂性胃炎20例，胃癌4例，胆道出血6例，均有不同程度的呕血，便血和休克症状。
