当代中国金融的发展方向
【内容摘要】
经过30年的改革开放和经济连续高速增长，一个面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的社会主义中国巍然屹立在世界东方，成为世界经济发展的一个重要推动力。
如今，中国的发展离不开世界，世界的发展离不开中国。据国际货币基金组织统计，2007年我国经济增长对全球经济增长的贡献度已达25％，成为对全球经济增长贡献最大的国家。 中国保持经济稳定、金融稳定、资本市场稳定。 十年前，当亚洲金融危机爆发时，中国坚持人民币不贬值，对陷入危机的东南亚国家和地区给予了坚定的支持。而在这次世界金融危机中，中国作为一个负责任大国所作的努力再次获得国际社会的高度评价。
面对世界金融危机带来的挑战，我们一方面要增强忧患意识，充分估计到困难和潜在的风险，另一方面更要看到保持经济社会又好又快发展的有利条件和积极因素。我国国土面积辽阔，基础设施投资需求巨大。全国有13亿人口，国内市场广阔尤其是开拓农村市场有很大潜力。党的十七届三中全会作出了新形势下推进农村改革发展的决定，必将对加快农村经济发展、进一步激活农村市场发挥重要作用。充分调整信贷规模促进经济健康发展。
在外需持续减弱的情况下，扩大内需对于防止经济下滑尤为重要。我们必须把扩大内需作为经济发展的基本立足点，下大力气转变经济增长方式，在优化结构的基础上保持合理的投资规模，调整金融环境任重道远 。

【Abstract】
