根据此协议，假如有任何一方所欠的任何物质责任的违约，那么另一方可以提供此违约的书面通知并且如果此违约在书面通知书的10天之内不解决的话，那么非违约方可以终止此协议。
14. Notices通知
Any notice required by this Agreement or given in connection with it, shall be in writing and shall be given to the appropriate party by personal delivery or by certified mail, postage prepaid, or recognized overngiht delivery services.
任何此协议所需要的或与之有关的通知，应有书面的形式给合适的一方，并应通过个人投递或通过证明的邮递，邮费预付，或公认的夜间投递服务。
15. Headings标题
Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
此协议中所使用的标题只是为了方便提供而已并不用于理解任何意思或意向。
16. Final Agreement最终协议
This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties.
此协议终止并取代所有先前的关于此主题的非正式协议或协议。此协议只能由双方及时实施的进一步书面协议来修改。
17. Governing Law适用法律
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of ______ [State of governing Law].
此协议应根据_________的国家法律[国家适用法]来理解和实施。
