Step 1
Explain the task:(1) to rearrange the sentences to mark a logical paragraph;
(2) to give a title to the new paragraph.
Step 2
Before start, teach the following new words.
1.Prepare v. to make or get ready
e.g. My mother is preparing dinner. You need to prepare your English test next week.
2. bill n. a list of things bought and their price
e.g. She paid the bill for the meal.
Step 3
Ask the students to understand each sentence, then use their general knowledge to do the exercise.
Step 4
Ask Sts to copy the sentences in the tight order. Then let them read again to understand the whole paragraph and give a title.
Step 5
When they finish copying,they can read again to understand the whole paragraph and give a little.
