虚拟企业中的信任关系研究
摘要：随着全球经济信息化、一体化和网络化过程的不断推进，一种新型的企业组织形式——虚拟企业，正在对传统的企业管理思想和管理模式产生深刻影响。虚拟企业将是21世纪企业的主流模式之一，其成功与否受到许多因素的制约与影响。而合作伙伴之间的相互信任对其成功运作起着非常重要的作用。但，虚拟组织自身虚拟性、动态性的特点，与信任的形成和建立是相冲突的。“临时性”在给虚拟企业带来快速反应能力的同时，也给建立相互信任关系带来了极大的困难。本文通过阐述虚拟企业的发展和特点、虚拟企业的信任关系现状、企业伙伴信任关系建立的意义、影响因素、构建过程,提出从建立合作伙伴的信任、虚拟团队的信任及消费顾客的信任等三方面着手，建立虚拟企业中信任关系。

Abstract：With the unceasing advancement of the whole world economic informationalization, integration and network, a kind of new enterprise organization—Virtual enterprise，has a profound influence on the traditional business management thought and the management pattern. The Virtual enterprise will be one of 21st century enterprises' mainstream patterns, whether it can success or not depends on may factors. But mutual trust between partners plays important role in its operation. However, Virtual organization’s characters, hypothesized and dynamic ,conflict with the trust formation and establishment. While "Temporary" gives the Virtual enterprise quick reaction capability, it also brings enormous difficulty to establish trust relations between partners. This article expounded on the development and characters of Virtual enterprise's, the present situation of the Virtual enterprise's trust relations ,the significance ,the influential factors and the process of establishing the enterprise partner trust relations .It proposed a perspective that trust relations in Virtual enterprise can be established through three ways eastablishing the trust of partners ,inner organization and customers.
